AQUALOVE + Why Water Is So Important | OUTFIT



Kombinaciju koju vidite u ovom postu je jedna od onih (trenerka+majica/bluza) koje najviše volim da nosim po kući jer se u njima osećam najkomotnije i mogu najlakše da se krećem i obavljam sve obaveze. Međutim, volim nekad tako da se obučem i kada idem u prirodu jer bi zaista nezamislivo bilo da se pojavim u suknji i štiklama. Uglavnom, u ovom slučaju sam išla u šetnju sa prijateljima gde smo završili igrajući se loptom koju sam ponela kao rekvizit, a sve to ste mogli da ispratite preko insta storija gde vas redovno obaveštavam o svom životu i svojim dnevnim aktivnostima. Sada što se tiče outfita prvo što ćete pomisliti jeste da je u pitanju komplet, ali tu zapravo grešite jer nije. Svakako tako deluje jer mi je to i bila poenta kad sam kupovala i mislim da sam obavila fenomenalan posao. Donji deo trenerke sam kupila preko universo butika, a gornji deo sam sasvim slučajno našla na shein sajtu koji sam naravno morala da kupim. Da li vi volite sportske kombinacije?

The combination you see in this post is one of those (trainers + t-shirt/sweatshirt) that I like to wear the most at home because I feel the most comfortable in them and I can easily move and do all the things I have. However, I sometimes like to dress like this too when I go to nature because it would be really inconceivable to appear in skirt and heels. In this case, I went for a walk with friends where we ended up playing with the ball I brought as a prop and all of that fun you could see on my insta stories where I regularly inform you about my life and my daily activities. As for the outfit, your first thought must have been that this is clothing set but you're wrong because actually it's not. It certainly looks like that because that was the point when I bought it and I think I did a phenomenal job. The pants I bought are from universo boutique and the sweatshirt I accidentally found is from shein site. Do you like sport combinations?

WHY WATER IS SO IMPORTANT

Jedna od mojih NYE odluka je da se zdravije hranim, a samim tim i pazim šta pijem. Ako me dobro poznajete onda znate da obožavam pepsi i koka kolu i da sam navučena na njih, ali istina je da ti sokovi nisu zdravi uopšte. Razmišljala sam o tome i došla do zaključka da kad već ne mogu da ih izbacim (organizam mi žudi za njima pa moram da pijem, lol) mogu barem da smanjim unos što je već pola posla odrađeno i to u dobrom smeru jer umesto soka pijem vodu koja maksimalno čini 80% našeg organizma. U tu čast sam kupila flašicu iz jyska koju nosim sa sobom i svaki dan zagarantovano popijem 500 ml, a nekad i više. Ono što vam preporučujem jeste da počnete i vi da pijete vodu ukoliko to već ne radite jer je ona zdrava i pomaže na dosta načina u mnogim stvarima prvenstveno da ne budemo dehidrirani, a ostale saznajte u nastavku.

Smanjuje stres
Primećujete da ste nervozni i ne znate kako da se smirite? Popijte čašu vode i odmah će vam biti bolje. Naime, jedno istraživanje je pokazalo da ako organizmu fali pola litre vode povećava se razina kortizola što je hormon koji izaziva stres. Voda takođe pomaže i štiti od raznih bolesti, a trebalo bi osam čaša vode dnevno da se popije.

Podiže energiju i zavarava glad
Kada se osećate umorno ili iscrpljeno tu je čaša vode da vam pomogne tako što će vam podići energiju. Posle toga ćete se osećati odmorno i osveženo. Takođe, ako ste gladni čaša vode može zavarati glad na neko vreme.

Čini našu kožu čistom
Ako vas do sada nisam ubedila da počnete da pijete vodu sa ovim sigurno hoću, a to je da voda kao zdrava tečnost veoma pomaže našoj koži tako što je čisti od nečistoća i hidrira, a rezultat je lepo i čisto lice. Dakle, ako imate problem sa aknama i bubuljicama počnite da unosite više ove tečnosti i ubrzo će se sve povući uz odgovarajuće preparate za negu kože.

ZANIMLJIVE ČINJENICE
- Čovek bez hrane može da izdrži mesec dana, a bez vode maksimalno nedelju dana.
- Umor je prvi znak nedostatka vode, a osećaj suvosti u ustima poslednji znak dehidracije što znači da vam treba voda.
- Ako se ne unosi dovoljno vode svakog dana, organizam uzima vodu iz rezervi naše kože, a time se ubrzava starenje kože.

One of my NYE decisions is to eat healthier and therefore I watch what I drink. If you know me well then you know that I adore pepsi and coca cola and I'm drawn to them, but the truth is that those juices aren't healthy at all. I thought about it and came to the conclusion that if I can't live without them (the organism craves for them and I have to drink, lol) I can at least reduce the intake which is good because I drink water instead of juice which makes up to 80% of our body. In that honor I bought a water bottle I carry with me and I drink 500 ml everyday and sometimes even more. What I recommend to you is to start and drink water if you don't do already, because it's healthy and helps in many ways in many things primarily to not be dehydrated, and about other reasons read below.

Reduces stress
You notice that you are nervous and don't know how to calm down? Drink a glass of water and you'll be better off right now. One study has shown that if the body misses half a liter of water the level of cortisol increases which is a stress hormone. Water also helps and protects against various diseases and eight glasses should be taken daily to drink.

Raises energy and stops hunger
When you feel tired or exhausted there is a glass of water to help you by giving you energy. After that, you will feel relaxed and refreshed. Also, if you are hungry glass of water can trick you to not feel hunger for some time.

Makes our skin clean
If I haven't persuaded you to begin drinking water now I surely will because water as a healthy liquid is very helpful to our skin by making our face very nice and clean. So, if you have a problem with acne or pimples start drinking water regularly and soon everything will disappear with help of appropriate skin care products.

- Fatigue is the first sign of a lack of water and the sense of dryness in your mouth is the last sign of dehydration, which means you need water.
- If you don't get enough water every day, the body takes the water from the reserves of our skin, which speeds up the aging of the skin.
