Sunca nema nigde, a kiša nam pada skoro svaki dan i zato deluje kao da je jesen, a ne proleće. Umesto da budemo srećni i veseli nama je raspoloženje baš na niskom nivou. Možda zbog vremena, možda zbog nečeg drugog, možda jer nam je dan takav, ali ne brinite, u ovom postu vam pišem pet načina kako da ulepšate svoj dan što će vam instant podići i raspoloženje jer ako nema sunca koje će da sija, budite vi sunce. Obucite nešto veselo
Svi znamo da odeća utiče na to kako se osećamo, zato obucite nešto veselo i nešto u čemu se osećate dobro i srećno. Za mene je ovaj outfit bio veoma komforan, osećala sam se udobno, lepo, zadovoljno i samopouzdano. Jednostavno, kada vam vaš outfit stvara pozitivna osećanja onda morate biti raspoloženi. Zato ne čekajte već se spremite i sijajte.
Slušajte muziku koja vam podiže raspoloženje
Muzika je svačiji najbolji prijatelj i upravo ona će vam pomoći ako ste dospeli u stanje dosade. Sam ritam brzih pesama i teksta koji motiviše će vas naterati da se i sami tako osećate. Ako još uz slušanje počnete da pevate i igrate sreća je zagarantovana.
Idite u šetnju
Ako ste duže vreme na jednom mestu najbolje bi bilo da odete u šetnju jer čak i kratka šetnja može da utiče na vaše raspoloženje. Svež vazduh, susret sa ljudima ili životinjama, sunčevi zraci, samo hodanje - sve to će učiniti da se osećate mnogo bolje. Opustićete se, raščistiti um i smanjiti stres pogotovo ako odete u šetnju po prirodi.
Napravite kupku
Većini ljudi je kupka najomiljeniji deo dana jer se opuštaju i uživaju u toploj vodi pa će tako sigurno i vama. Mirisne sveće, šumeće bombe u vodi, tiha muzika u pozadini - zar ne zvuči opuštajuće dok samo zamišljate, a pomislite tek na realnost...
Kratak san usred bela dana
Ukoliko ništa od gore ne uspe, san sigurno hoće jer dok spavamo ne mislimo ni o čemu, a kad se probudimo osećanja su nam donekle sređena. Mozak je opušten i rasterećen što događaja iz života, što informacija sa društvenih mreža tako da je moja poslednja stavka upravo san. Koliko se sećam potrebno je jedno 100 minuta da se završi ciklus svih faza spavanja tako da možete toliko da spavate ili sve dok se ne završi prva faza pošto se iz nje veoma lako budi.

The sun is nowhere and the rain falls almost everyday and therefore it seems like it's autumn, not spring. Instead of being happy and cheerful, our mood is at a very low level. Maybe because of time, maybe for something else, maybe because it's kinda that day, but don't worry, in this post I write five ways to brighten your day which will instantly lift your mood, because if there is no sun to shine, you be the sun. And shine. And your mood as well.
Dress up something cheerful
We all know that clothes affect how we feel, so dress something cheerful and something you feel good and happy. For me this outfit was very comfortable, I felt cozy, nice, satisfied and self-confident. Simply, when your outfit creates positive feelings, then you have to be in a positive mood. So don't wait, get ready and shine.
Listen to music that raises your mood
Music is everyone's best friend and she will help you if you're in a state of boredom. The rhythm of fast songs and motivational lyrics will make you feel that way yourself. If you start singing and dancing while listening happiness it's guaranteed.
Go for a walk
If you have been in one place for a long time, it would be best for you to go for a walk because even a short walk can affect your mood. Fresh air, meeting people or animals, sun rays, just walking - all this will make you feel much better. You will relax, clear your mind and reduce stress especially if you go for a walk by nature.
Make a bath
To most people bathing is the most favorite part of the day because they relax and enjoy the warm water so probably you will too. Fragrant candles, bath bombs, silent music in the background - doesn't it sound relaxing while you're just imagining and think about reality...
A short sleep in the middle of a day
If nothing works from above, sleep surely will because while we sleep we don't think about anything and when we wake up the feelings are somewhat arranged. The brain is relaxed and relieved of what is happening from life, of informations from social networks so my last suggestion is just a sleep. As far as I remember, it takes 100 minutes to complete the cycle of all sleeping phases so you can sleep that much or until the first phase ends, since it's very easy to awaken from it.
